Palliative Cancer Care Clinic

Our goal at the Palliative Cancer Care Clinic at Markey is to assist you and your family in enhancing your quality of life and relieve suffering as you navigate your journey with cancer.

Palliative care is specialized medical care that is focused on addressing the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness, such as cancer. This type of care is appropriate for any age, as well as during any stage of a serious illness. It can be provided together with curative treatment.

The Palliative Cancer Care Clinic offers an additional layer of support alongside your cancer care team by offering a wide range of services, including symptom management, advance care planning, education and personalized care.

Our team includes physicians, advanced practice nurses, social workers, chaplains, pharmacists and nurses with specialized training to address your physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.
