Our new UK HealthCare Fountain Court Primary Care location, at 245 Fountain Court, brings expert care and convenience to southeast Lexington, providing exceptional primary care for all ages. Our team is specially trained to meet the diverse health needs of newborn, child and adult patients.
Our physicians and advance practice providers offer care designed for you. You can be seen by the same provider over time, enabling us to form a long-term relationship. This helps us tailor your care and treatment plans with a complete understanding of your past medical history.
Located at UK HealthCare – Fountain Court, this new practice offers a full-range of preventive and routine care, and includes an on-site pharmacy, and free parking. Some evening appointments are available for primary care visits, making care convenient when you can’t break away during the day. We also offer a limited number of same-day appointments.
For established UK HealthCare patients, we offer convenient scheduling through the UK HealthCare MyChart patient portal.
Fountain Court Primary Care is less than a mile from the Richmond Road/Man o’ War intersection and only a few miles from I-75 and I-64, making access convenient for patients living in and outside of Lexington.
