    I have never been to a practice where every staff member, from the security in the lobby, to the MA's that checked me in, the medical care staff....everyone is upbeat, friendly and caring I love Dr. Tirb she doesn't judge or lecture. Because if that, I feel confident to talk to her about my issues

      This was of course our 1st meeting/consult with Dr. Trib. In all our contacts with UK and their staff, I would say that she (along with the department head of audiology) were the most exceptional medical experiences of any sort whatsoever (hence, well beyond UK) that I have had in my lifetime. Her questions, listening, good humor, friendliness, explanations, painstaking thoroughness, obvious solicitude, patience, courtesy, kindness, empathy and full humanity were beyond first-rate. Simply put, I was stunned by the overall experience. The PA who assisted her was well-matched to her in terms of care as well. This was such an extraordinary experience, I asked the receptionist how I could access the 'rating' app (she showed me) so I could formally report my commendation.
