Dr. Voogt was seeing me for the first time, her concern was reviewing my medicines and I appreciate that. I'm sure with more visits she will deal with any issues I have.

I felt a little disregarded, but ultimately the doctor was doing things by the book. She did include me in decisions, and listened to my concerns. I felt there was room for improvement with the compassion piece. I was clearly frustrated by the issue I was seeing her about and she made me feel slightly like I didn't need to come in.

Awful experience. Dr has No bedside manner. Dr didn't care about learning about my health.. But rather jumped to conclusions about my health without even asking me questions -I spent 20 minutes crying after this visit. Awful. Just awful. Dr definitely missed out on some valuable people skills unfortunately
