I have thoroughly enjoyed having Dr. Charles Shaw as my health provider for the past couple of years. He has been diligent, caring and compassionate in his care. He always takes enough time to make sure I completely understand any medications or other issues. Dr. Shaw has been an excellent provider, and his patients will absolutely miss him!

Would recommend this team with full confidence that they would receive excellent care.

Best doctor I have ever had

Everything was very Good. Am extremely satisfied with my PCP visits

The Dr jumped from one topic to another. I'd ask him a question and he's look down at his computer and FALL ASLEEP!! Then instead of answering my question he'd go to a different topic. Then in his notes he said I was confused. Yes I was. I've never had a Dr visit like this. Nothing got accomplished. Glad he is leaving the practice.

I'm sad that he's moving on. He's a treasure. I hope his replacement is as caring as he is.

Dr. Shaw is THE BEST, THE FINEST General Practitioner MD that Kentucky has, in my opinion. I have to see a number of outside specialists and he takes the most time with me to make sure EVERYTHING is looked into. My father is a 86 yr old ancient pharmacist and I've yet to meet a better GP!

Dr. Shaw has fantastic bedside manner. He is very relatable and explained everything in a way I could understand. He seemed very experienced in what I went through and had great insight of what to do next.

Dr. Shaw is the BEST. He knows how to talk to patients. He does not ever come off as conceited. He is not ever rude. He doesn't rush visits. He doesn't discriminate. He is EVERYTHING a doctor in any specialty should be. I can only think of five other doctors like him. There should be way more doctors like Dr. Shaw.

Dr. Shaw is a very good doctor and he has a good sense of humor

Provider was so far behind that after being logged in on MyChart for 2.5 hours I left the appointment without seeing the doctor. As matter of fact, I waited for at least 1.5 hours before being contacted by anyone with regard to this appointment and that was via cell phone. Two hours after the scheduled appointment time, the provider's assistant came on camera to apologize for my wait and ask if I wanted to continue waiting. I waited another ten minutes, then left.

Dr. Shaw is an excellent provider who really took the time to speak with me and make sure I understand is expanations and that all of my concerns are addressed.

Dr. Shaw was very concerned about my back pain and ordered X-rays and a MRI to find out what is causing it. He is a doctor that cares for his patients.

I would recommend him highly but he is already very busy.

Am extremely satisfied with the health care Dr Shaw provides. His listening and communications skills are world class, I have not seen better in my many years of receiving health care. His advocacy for my medical health is outstanding, as his actions have greatly improved my health - and as a result, my lifestyle.

Dr. Shaw was excellent in listening and explaining everything to me. I was impressed.

Dr. Shaw was very thorough with my appointment. He went through everything with me from my accident, and made sure that I felt good, and that everything is healing properly. He was Informative about my wound, and wrapped my leg with care.

I really don't want to recommend him to others bc then his appts fill up and I can't get an appt for 6 weeks at a time as it is!

Excellent primary care physician

Dr. Shaw told me at least 4 stories about himself rather than listening to me. One was inappropriate about violent outbursts he used to have. He also left the door open during our visit when I was trying to share personal information.

Dr. Charles Shaw is very thorough, he cares what's going on, and he is quick to find effective care so any problems will not get any worse.
