Dr. Akafuah is an excellent pediatrician. She is kind, compassionate and thorough with her exams. I never feel rushed at my daughters appointment. Thank you UK for this wonderful Physician!

Excellent doctor

Really appreciated how Doctor Akafuah took time to answer all our questions and go over all the milestones and checks for this visit and what would happen at the next visit.

I appreciate Dr. Akafuah deeply. She's been extremely important in helping me to access care for my two kids with ASD and mostly importantly has listened to me as a parent when the rest of the system got in my way or treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

Absolutely loved Dr Akafuah right away. She is very attentive and listens and explains things well. And very good with my child.

Dr. Akafuah is compassionate and a great listener. She answered all of our questions, gave us assessment forms for ADHD after we discussed it, and discussed important, age-relevant topics with the boys (e.g. Bullying, inappropriate touching). She's wonderful!
