    What I was most impressed about Dr. Mackey was how she listened, asked questions and was attentive to my answers. I also was so impressed that she actually went over all my labs, line by line. She explained what each one was and what some of the percentages meant. Even though I am quite knowledgeable about HIV disease, since I've been positive for 31 years, I still didn't know about some of the percentages in my labs. I do now because Dr. Mackey took the time and effort to inform me.
