Dr. Michele Abou-Jaoude is one of the best caregivers I have had at UK Healthcare. She is very honest and kind on what to expect and I actually trust her. She never seems hurried to go from room to room. She makes eye contact while speaking and never distracted. She is my favorite!

This was just a retina checkup. I was seen by a resident and attending. Both interactions were acceptable, but I left a 9am appointment at 1045. Total time with MD was maybe 10 min.

My doctor was compassionate and she explained everything so well to me. She asked several times if I had anymore questions and I appreciated that so much! She was not in a hurry and that was a great comfort to me!
