I absolutely love everyone at the clinic. They are knowledgeable and very personable. Dr. Huffnagel is amazing and she really cares. I have what we think is Fibromyalgia possibly Lupus and she has been there by my side every step of the way. Helping me try to find a specialist that will take me seriously and not just fob me off... I honestly don't think I could have made it through all this without her.

The doctor listened to all I had to say about my illness and asked in detail all the procedures and treatment I had. Especially with having breast cancer. Excellent doctor.

Excellent level of care. Dr. Hufnagel took the time to listen to my concerns, explain why she was making the decisions or recommendations that she did, and get my input into these decisions as well. Best doctor I've ever had.

Re recommending this care provider: I did ask whether she was taking new patients because I had a recommendation, but she is not currently, so I won't be recommending this care provider but not because of any treatment complaints.

It was my well visit, which the doctor didn't know. She asked me why I was in to see her. Not that big of a deal but kinda makes me wonder if she's reading my chart at all. I've intentionally lost a considerable amount of weight and she never even mentioned it. I found that concerning and kinda disappointing. Wouldn't that be something most doctors would notice? My friend and family sure have. Even with the weight loss, my blood pressure was high 140/80, I have history of having high BP. In fact, I couldn't get dental work done last year due to high BP, which resulted in a doctor visit the next day. Dr. Hufnagel saw me and her first comment was I had gained another 10 lbs from the year before. So she can read a chart I guess? This prompted me to work hard to lose not only those 10 pounds but another 20. Since I'm only 5'2" I feel like that's a significant amount to lose. I mentioned the fact that I am going 6 weeks between my periods and told her I've always being very regular. Every 28 days. She just said it sounded like the start of menopause. Yeah, that I know. The part that bothered me was she never followed up with any questions. My periods are so heavy these days I can't leave the house some days. Is this normal? I guess I should have told her but shouldn't she be asking me the questions? She's the doctor. I felt like way bother? She doesn't really care. No one asked me really any questions other than if I wanted to kill myself. Seriously? They are asked in such a blas? way I'm not sure anyone answers them honestly. How about asking me if I get frequent headaches or how menopause is going? She did ask if I got regular exercise. I told her between cleansing houses all day and walking every night I feel like I get more than most. The question/comment I got was if I cleaned Airbnb's since she is an owner of three with a fourth coming. First, I'm not a maid and secondly why would you say this to a patient? Sure must be nice to own 4 extra homes. Maybe that's why she doesn't ask any questions about my health. She's got bigger problems to worry about. I always leave her office feeling like it was a wasted trip. I don't know if I'm in good health or not. I don't know if I need to do anything different to improve my health or if I even need to. Isn't this a problem? I feel like it is.

She was rude, ignorant, and not at all empathetic.
