Dr. Iverson took care of my son a few years prior to this and I have also been on his patients' treatment team in the hospital; he has always been kind and patient and thorough. So, I was already relieved that my appointment was able to be with him. He talked through every ear infection, antibiotic she has had, timelines, family history, etc. He gave us options of treatments and when he was booked out nearly 2 months for an ear tube procedure, he found openings in his schedule to get our baby in, we were willing to wait but he worked with us. She has been sick for almost 5 months straight and his willingness to help her sooner without us needing to ask was such a relief. When he examined her, he was the only provider that she did not get upset with, he was gentle and patient.

The doctor was very kind towards my daughter and did what he could to help her feel comfortable. I was very happy with the appointment. He and his staff worked very hard and went above and beyond to get her surgery scheduled. I'm very thankful for that.
