Dr Ballert spent extra time with me and showed concern for my diagnosis and and answered all my questions. She's very knowledgeable and I'm thankful for her care.

I hadn't met the Resident (?) before this appointment and was not introduced to her prior to her doing the procedure. I think that should be done.

I was really happy with the care I was given. I felt like I was working with the doctors and not just being told what to do.

The doctor came & explained everything to me. She gave the Lidocaine insertion prior to the procedure, as she knew I was anxious.

I had never seen this provider before this visit. It would have been better to meet her face to face before I was in stirrups. Even a brief meeting would have been professional. Then the nurse & dr. walked out of the office without telling me what I could use to clean up and never came back to tell me I could go. I walked out into the hallway to ask someone passing by if they were done.
