There was a student doctor that preformed my procedure, and I'm typically pretty stressed out in those situations, but they talked through the steps and helped lessen my anxiety. During the procedure it felt like the student was a little rougher than typical, but I'm also not the easiest patient, so overall I'm just happy to being closure to a diagnosis and solution.

The experiences I have had at U Urology and with all the providers working under Dr. Ballertt have been great. She is caring and honest. She is not afraid to say she doesn't know something. That is refreshing.

I have seen *Dr. Ballert several other times. She was fine on those visits. She was very tense and short with me. I felt like leaving, but it is so hard to get a appointment with her, I wish I had not seen her at all. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what?
