      Dr. Donaldson, when she came in apologized for being very late, and then proceeded with the visit. She discussed the lab results, answered questions I posed clearly and concisely, and gave us new information she printed out for us, explaining the contents in a manner I understood. Inspite of being late with seeing us, and I assume other patients she had to see, she DID NOT HURRY and ATTENDED to us, as if we were her only patients, though we both knew different!! Please note that this is the very first time that such a wait happened in the years that we have seen Dr. Donaldson.
