    Dr. Hawthorne has been excellent. He listens and talks through any concerns I have. He makes suggestions but never forces me to take them. We come to decisions about my treatment together.

    Hawthorne has a good bedside (deskside?) manner. Over the last couple of years, he has impressed me at every visit. He is very careful to listen to my concerns and build an action plan around them. When we've needed to make changes to my treatment, Dr Hawthorne always provides multiple options (which he explains thoroughly) and then factors my input in to my care. I always leave the appointment feeling heard and with a very clear, understanding of the plan and next steps.
