    As often happens with UK providers, it seems they review my chart before coming in to see me, then have diagnosed me and have a plan in place before they come to talk to me. When things don't go according to that plan or if my symptoms don't align, or I have questions outside of that plan, then they can't adjust. It would be better if they would open my chart while in the appointment, review the past data and then ask me questions in real time and then we could come up with a mutual plan.
