Dr. Mallard and the resident working with him were wonderful. Dr. Mallard got me an appointment with a spine surgeon within the week (in two days). He also said he would write a letter/note to give to my gym to substantiate my request to pause my membership until my back heals.

Dr. Mallard is my Superman of pain. He let me know from our first meeting. He can't cure all the pain at once but he has made a lot of my pain to be bearable. He is always coming up with different ways to calm the pain in between trial periods. As he uses different medications to handle the pain. I love him and his staff. They are always greeting me with a smile. As well as giving you encouragement that Dr. Mallard and his staff will eventually get the pain under control. I thank God for putting me in great hands with Interventional Pain Associates.

Dr. Mallard and Dr. Kennon were fantastic. They were empathetic and took time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Mallard used the demonstration spine to show me what condition mine is currently in and gave me several options to try to treat my pain and degeneration. I really appreciated that. I like that we are starting conservatively, and then will go from there.

So I was seen by the Physicians Assistant and then He actually called the physician in to further explain things with us and that was a first for me. It was like they really cared about my well being as a person and not just about getting me in and out of there as fast as possible.

Took the time to listen at what I havie been going through for so long. Dr Mars was so polite and courteous . Dr Mallard stepped into the room and let me know we would proceed with the process of finding out what the problem might be.

Both Dr. Mallard and his fellow Dr. Nathan was professional and extremely compassionate. I have severe social anxiety. Yet, was very comfortable giving my symptoms and explaining my issues. It felt like they truly cared. Dr. Mallard even took the time to draw a picture. Explaining one of the procedures to me. At 31 dealing with SI joint dysfunction after a slip and fall at work. Has been physically and mentally exhausting. I feel confident moving forward with my upcoming procedure. I've been looking for relief since 12/24 almost 4 months now. I know I'm finally on the rite path.

I never actually saw dr mallards face. I really like him but I guess I saw his assistant. His assistant was great. I like talking with dr mallard. No idea what next steps will be if this procedure doesn't work. Anxious about having the excruciating pain again.
