She had reviewed labs completed by my PCP for the last 12-18 months, had already contacted the specialty pharmacy to get additional information about an issue caused by my medications. She listened to my thoughts and suggestions, provided clear information and suggestions about the plan we agreed on. She was personable. I cannot say enough good things about the care she provided.
