Dr. McNeil (Rachel) is a cherished anomaly. Due to end stage renal failure/COVID-19 long form, I've been exposed to many caring, competent doctors who forget about the patient in the equation. Dr. McNeil made me feel included, valued, and instrumental in our combined success. I look forward to working with her!!

While the provider was generally respectful, the provider showed little interest in being inclusive of my specific needs within treatment. This is both a gate keeping and discriminatory practice that the provider listed as a department policy, a policy that does not follow WPATH guidelines for allowance of patient guided treatment in this area. I do not deserve to have my providers act as gate keepers and prevent me from receiving the healthcare I require.
