Dr. Shinn and staff were excellent. I would recommend the UK Health and her team to anyone that required similar services. I appreciate the fact that her team was thorough, competent and showed true compassion and caring. I also appreciate that I had results the same day along with a proposed treatment plan. Thank you all! Even though it is a 2 hour drive for me, I would happily come back to UK Health if the services were required. All around great experience that started with the staff.

Zero bedside manner. She made me feel like she couldn't care less about why I was there. It wasn't just a routine hearing exam. I was there for a surgery consult and the hearing exam was part of that. It was an emotional day and she was pretty apethetic.

Answered all of my questions to without dumbing it down too much. I was able to understand easily what was happening and what the outcomes and symptoms may be.
