I will not recommend. She rather transferred me to a specialist. I felt that since she was more than an hour behind scheduled that the appt. was rush and being for to see other specialist that that she recommended.

This was perhaps the most efficient Dr's appointment I have ever experienced. Three doctors were involved: Drs.Shinn, Jones, and Ferrell. I was actually seen 15 minutes before my appointment. When Dr. Jones realized I needed to have my hearing aides adjusted, he checked to see if Dr Ferrell could adjust them (w/o a previous appointment), on the spot while I was still there! Everyone of those involved, including their assistants, went far beyond my expectations--their concern, kindness, and clear explanations of my condition--plus the serendipitous coordination--were terrific. Highly exceptional in every way. THANKS!
