    Dr Arterburn is very thorough and makes sure her patients feel heard. She takes the time to answer any questions I always have, as well as allowing me to have a voice in my care, rather than making a suggestion without regard for my opinion. She is very compassionate and takes the time to provide the best care. I made the switch to her being my PCP because of how thorough and caring she was as a resident, because she provided the best patient experience I've had in several years of having my care through UK.

She also made sure to let me know what actions she was going to take to make sure any provider we saw for subsequent visit would know what was discussed and what should happen if we had further issues.
