I would recommend any of the providers that I have seen to anyone that is not as complex as myself. I have not encountered any provider in the UK network that has shown or proven any concern of my specific problems.

Dr Jackson was short with me from the start! She would not listen to me, I asked her what my weight was and she responded my BMI is the same as last visit, I said it couldn't be because, she interrupted me and said, I said it was the same, and I told her I had lost 40 lbs, she paused and said so you have.To this moment she still has not ordered my yearly labs or placed refills on my meds. She also has not put a visit summary onMy Chart.Dr Jackson clearly did not review my chart before seeing me. I been to family medicine multiple times.

Dr. Jackson was amazing. She is one of the best providers I have ever seen at UK. It is unfortunate that she is leaving but I suspect that many of her patients will follow her wherever she chooses to go.

The urgent care provider did not listen or care about my concerns or symptoms. Her care instructions and medications were incorrect. The reason I needed to see the Dr. Was due to the negligence and lack of concern from the urgent care provider. My symptoms were getting worse and I felt worse after the urgent care visit. Dr. Jackson listened to me and knew exactly what I was trying to explain. The care Instructions were exactly the opposite of the urgent care provider. I am so thankful I was able to see Dr. Jackson. Now with correct care Instructions and a provider that cares about you as a person. I am starting to heal.

The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, discussed them with me and gave me options. He then took the time to answer my questions about those options and include my concerns and thoughts in charting a pathway forward to solve my problem.

Rated Fair on proposed treatments only as I want to know why I cant hold and use anything with my hands like knife longer than several minutes: nothing proposed. 9 years and only once checked for carpal tunnel to no avail. That was all the concern ever shown for this major health issue of mine. I am extremely disappointed in this.

Dr. Jackson and the nurse who performed my procedure were so amazing. I especially would rate my nurse as higher than 5 if I could. She made the process so much less painful and held my hand the whole time. I couldn't thank them both enough for everything they could to make me feel comfortable.

Doctor said she would give me an antibiotic to go along with the anti-biotic I was given - But she never did nor did I hear from her again. Nurse called and said she couldn't prescribe me an anti-biotic over the phone.

I had a sinus infection. Unfortunately, that wasn't treated because that "go-to" there days is COVID-19. I went for a test, couldn't work my ER job due to needing a neg. test. Lost 4 hrs. of overtime pay - 48 hrs. later - negative COVID-19. (Still sinus infection.) P.S., still fighting through untreated sinus infection. 2 wks. later.
