I am an experienced leader in complex academic and non-academic healthcare systems, including hospital, ACO, physician multi-disciplinary group, and CIN leadership. As a nationally-recognized patient-centered healthcare innovator, I am passionate about leveraging data and teamwork to realize clinical and operational results.

At the University of Kentucky, I lead a team of CMOs who are responsible for 4 facilities and over 1100 beds. I collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive improvements in efficient/effective patient care and quality. As a Level I adult & pediatric medical center with organ transplant and NCI-designated cancer center, UK HealthCare is the #1 academic medical center in regards to the number of patients who choose to transfer their care to its Lexington facilities with approximately 20,000 patient transfers each year from Kentucky, West Virginia and Tennessee.
