Ms Sharon didn't sugar coat and I appreciate her honesty. It was hard to hear but it needed to be said by a professional.

I really appreciate the provider's kindness and willingness to listen to me. However, I discovered that the provider could not really assist me since I did not have any open wounds, however, I am still thankful for her feedback and the professionalism she and her staff displayed. My previous experiences here have always been pleasant, I wish all offices were like this.

All three nurses' were very helpful and professional. I've been paraplegic for 38 years and know what good and bad care is, and we all agreed that recent changes have not solved the bottlenecks that arise after bills are paid.

This was our second wound care visit. One last year, and one this year. Both treatments lasted over a period of months. Highly successful. Would never go anywhere else.

NP was decent, but spoke to the assistant about me but not to me, until I interrupted her and explained why I didn't like a course of treatment suggested. After that interaction she left the room and stood outside the closed door and had a conversation with her assistant, I'm assuming it was about me. All in all the NP was in the exam room for less then 10 minutes
