    We met with specialst and he examined my daughter's ears, told me to hold my questions for now and that we would discuss and he would answer them after the hearing test, then when the hearing test was over- the audiologist informed that the doctor said he doesnt need to see us back bc her test was normal. This was upsetting bc I still had questions about her symptoms and management plan.

    For the past 6 years that we have been seeing Dr. Ormond, I have no complaints. I feel that she really care about my son and I trust her. I feel that she has gone above and beyond for my son and I can't ask for a better Audiologist for him. He likes seeing her and that is a lot for him to say.
