I was very happy with the office exam and discussion of my questions. We went over my meds I took with me. They made me feel safe and explained my questions.

She took her time to listen to my concerns, explain her reasoning behind treatments, and we were able to come up with treatment options together. She didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. She understood that I have been dealing with this condition for years (and the treatments), and that I knew how medications would affect me.

The doctor I saw was somewhat argumentative with me in my discussions of what all has happened with my health over the past year, arguing that what I did (which was not anything wrong) was incorrect. I asked my applicable questions from the nurses who had cared for me when that situation happened (out of state at a different hospital) and she continued to argue about what I did and my decisions. I have had my conditions for over 10 years, I know the rules and my own body. This was the first time I'd met with this doctor and she was rude about my situations.
