Would just encourage provider to show a little more awareness and sensitivity around anti-fat bias in h/c providers and the true hx of the BMI and words like obesity and the reality behind health disparities for fat patients which equate to more than fat=unhealthy. Fat people are human and deserving of sensitivity and care and do not deserve to be referred to in such derogatory ways.

I am very confident that the Nurse Practitioner I see has a very good "handle" on my condition. She has always answered any questions or concerns I've had, clearly and thoroughly and has made sure I am comfortable with any treatment plan she has for me.
