She did a good job on telling me the next step after the phone call. But, she told me to schedule a next appointment do get tested on and I had no idea how to do it. Tried calling the number she gave me and they told me that she should've set up the appointment for me

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Bennett to anyone. She was very rude, short, and I honestly do not understand why she's even a doctor. Most doctors I've interacted with are caring and compassionate and empathetic. She was none of the three. She didn't seem interested in helping making me feel better. I am still sick by the way, but I will most likely be going elsewhere because of my experience with Dr. Bennett.

I would like to have heard more personalized advice and be directed to resources available at UK to assist me in trying to "eat healthy, exercise, minimize stress." I feel like my concerns were handled in a generic way that did not involve a lot of concern. I was already hesitant about meeting with someone for my concerns because I figured the attitude would be "nothing is critically wrong so you're fine." Now I have to consult the internet and people who have the same condition as me so that I can get the support I need in taking my health seriously.

The provider listened to my problem carefully, asked detailed questions, examined me, and then explained the solution to the problem carefully to make sure I understand what was going to happen.

She was absolutely incredible. She was very understanding , and made me feel safe to do something that was very very triggering for me. She was also very quick, minimizing discomfort. Furthermore, when I started crying she offered me juice and to give me time to calm down. She was excellent and I will go back to see her again.

During my visit, on multiple occasions my provider was extremely unprofessional. She would ask me questions and shame me for not giving the correct answer. She said extremely unprofessional things that I would not be comfortable with anyone saying to me in a normal everyday conversation, let alone a telehealth doctors appointment. I was extremely sick and she completely brushed it off. She did not even tell me what she believed was wrong with me, I had to look on the appointment notes to figure that out. I hate it, but I was extremely let down and unsatisfied with my experience with UK telehealth.

I didn't like how the doctor initially spoke with me. She was upset when I told her my symptoms because it was abnormal in some way even though I wasn't sure why/what I was feeling which is why I made the appointment!

This care provider was very rude to me, especially when asking about my mental health. Flat out asked me if I was depressed and then I answered "I guess I could be" and she said "well what are you doing about it?" I felt very upset at her comments and started crying and wanted to leave the call. When we started talking about the issue I came in for (sore throat) she wasn't very attentive. She then prescribed me an "extra strength decongestant" that ended up being just otc Mucinex. I was not happy with the treatment. I went to an urgent care center today because her care didn't help me whatsoever.

I didn't leave knowing how serious my problem was. Are you merely recommending a screening procedure to be safe? Or do I need one asap? How concerned should I be at this point? The recommendation to go to the er if it happens again is fairly tone deaf and unhelpful. More straightforward information would've helped lower the anxiety I left with. But I did appreciate the effort made to help with next steps regarding scheduling and trying to find out cost information about the procedure. Even though no one at the clinic could give me any useful information on that (which is ridiculous), at least the doctor made an effort.

This was absolutely the worst care provider I've ever witnessed. Called me by the wrong name, was in the wrong room to start the visit and when she returned to the room, she blamed her nurse! For calling me by the wrong name and being misinformed! She proceeded to say, "well, nothing Is really wrong with you though, right?" And then when asking about results I stated multiple times they were In EPIC and she repeatedly tried to pressure me into saying I had negative results when I told her I didn't remember. I stated I didn't recall or remember three times and finally had to say " I'm a medical student who recognizes the importance of accurate medical documentation, I don't want to say I had negative results if they weren't and I don't remember them" only then did she say she would look up the results and confirm that they were negative. Another person would've buckled and agreed with her that they had negative results, and who knows what would happen with that persons care. I truly believe this NP was comically bad and I had not a single question answered. I asked about my disease state and she couldn't comment on the pathophysiology, I asked about medication options in the future, and I asked about reproductive health. She was dismissive, unknowledgeable, and at one point said "well, that could be best answered by an OBGyn type visit I don't know the answer." I replied, "isn't this an OBGyn visit?" "Well. Yes. But I don't know" I wouldn't trust a single soul in that providers care and they need much much much more oversight. From start, to finish.
