NP Fletcher took the information from the PT and dietician and gave us a good overview of patients health.

The doctors and staff are not very personable with our foster daughter. They are very cold and stand-off-ish. Probably they do this to remain objective but she's two and needs time to warm up to people. She will comply better with requests when staff are friendly towards her and spend some time to develop at least some rapport. In general I do not like this program or the testing process. It is overwhelming for both parents and children with the amount of info they are trying to assess and then later digest.

The dr. who seen us was really well-mannered, explained everything to us, and answered all our questions.
