Justin was great, I had taken my splint off my arm, Justin explained to me the importance of that sling and why I was not supposed to move my arm. Also to help protect me from moving my arm Justin had an cast applied and I have to say its much better than the splint. Arm feels great.

I feel that I was being vetted by the PA before I could actually see a doctor. This was my second visit for the problem over a 15 month period and I believe the issue could have been alleviated had I been referred to a specialist instead of being sent to PT where I was told they couldn't help me. I don't believe this is the PA's fault, it's protocol and I understand that. I was in the facility a total of nearly two hours only to see the PA for five minutes and then be told I needed to see the doctor but he doubted they could do much for me. Where is the "Power of Advanced Medicine" to take care of a finger that has severe arthritis from 28 years of service to UK?
