Everyone at that clinic was courteous and took my concerns serious

She was very professional and actually listened to me and what my symptoms were

My PA was excellent and had very good bed side manner

I feel like I'm not heard in internal med sometimes but you all listened

This was my fist time with this provider, but I felt she paid attention to me and my concerns. She allowed me to explain my issues and was very helpful. She was also very personable and kind.

Shes used alot of medical and technical terms that I didn't always understand. She also talked fast.

Was not impressed with her physical exam skills and knowledge about microbiology.

Equipment in room did not work, could not check my ears or nose, considering I had a sinus infection that seemed like a big concession. Also, had to argue to get antibiotics prescription -- given my history of pneumonia and sinus/upper respiratory infections it seemed ill-advised to wait and see for another 3 days.
