Breastfeeding support services
For new mothers, breastfeeding is a natural way to bond with the baby and provide the vital nutrition newborns need. Like many aspects of having a baby, breastfeeding is an important skill to learn. Follow the links below to learn the basics of breastfeeding:

This class focuses on the advantages of breastfeeding, proper positioning and latch-on, guidelines for adequate breastfeeding, and how to prevent and resolve discomfort. Fathers or support persons are encouraged to attend. This class is taught by a certified lactation consultant.
Thursdays 6:30 – 9 p.m.
Cost: $25 per couple
