UK HealthCare Transplant SurgeryUK HealthCare Transplant Surgery specializes in the transplantation of liver, kidney, kidney/pancreas, and pancreas. Our center has over 40 years of service in transplant surgeries for Kentucky and the surrounding states. Our physicians, nurses, and clinic staff bring extensive expertise to treating and supporting the needs of this special group of patients. To ensure the highest level of collaborative effort, the transplant team provides constant feedback, pre- and post-transplantation, to all referring physicians regarding each patient’s plan of care. Outpatient evaluation and management of organ disease takes place in the Transplant Center (located on the fourth floor of UK Hospital). To facilitate access to their clinic visits, the center is pleased to cover parking costs for transplant patients.
