UK HealthCare Doctors - Ranking among our country's best
A total of 24UK HealthCare physicians are named in two of the latest America's Top Doctors lists.
Published by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., the seventh edition of America's Top Doctors and third edition of America's Top Doctors for Cancer recognize specialists who are considered among the best in both patient care and research. More than 250,000 doctors nominated their top colleagues, including those to whom they would refer their own patients. Fewer than 5 percent of all doctors in the nation are listed as a Top Doctor.

“Who would you go to, if you or a loved one needed medical care in your specialty?”
Thousands of doctors nationwide were surveyed and asked to answer this question. Based on those responses, UK HealthCare doctors made the Best Doctors list. Only those rated the best by other doctors are awarded the title of Best Doctor, representing the top five percent of doctors in the nation in more than 400 subspecialties of medicine. We are proud to have more UK HealthCare doctors named to this remarkable list than any other Lexington hospital.

Castle Connolly's physician led-research team conducts an extensive research and screening process - involving surveys of tens of thousands of MDs in medical leadership positions and private practice across the country - in order to identify those specialists and subspecialists considered to be clinically outstanding by their peers.
