- Recipients will receive tuition reimbursement paid per year for up to four years for BSN and two years for ADN with each payment repaid for one year of full-time service as a RN.
- RNs completing a refresher course must have an active KY RN license.
- Registered Nurses who completed a refresher program will receive a one time payment and agree to work for UK for one year as a full time employee at 0.5 or greater
