Cancer Biology Pre- and Postdoctoral Traineeships: Call for Applications
The Markey Cancer Center is now seeking predoctoral and postdoctoral candidates for NCI supported traineeships in Cancer Biology to begin within the current grant year (from July 1, 2013 onward). One predoctoral position for a highly qualified advanced graduate student (post qualifying exam) is currently available. The successful predoctoral applicant will have already progressed to a cancer biology and/or cancer-related PhD thesis project. In addition, three postdoctoral positions are available. Preference will be given to postdoctoral applicants who received their degrees within the last 1-2 years. These positions require U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Postdoctoral applications are due June 10 at Noon EST. All applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received.
