For a current list of approved UK print and stationery vendors, please contact the University of Kentucky Purchasing Division.

To maintain the integrity of UK HealthCare¹s stationery system and ultimately its image, it is required that units obtain professionally printed stationery through the printing vendors authorized by the University of Kentucky. The use of templates, scanned copies or other re-created stationery is not allowed when communicating with external audiences.

The authorized printing vendors are familiar with the guidelines and will set up and print your stationery correctly.
