Marketing

The marketing division works together to support the clinical enterprise and advance the UK HealthCare brand as an advanced medicine institution and health information resource. Our team consists of four separate segments: Communications and Advertising, Physician Liaison, Service Line Marketing and Market Research. 

Communications and Advertising collectively works to develop strategic marketing plans, prepare and execute special events and promote through communication channels such as graphic design, web marketing, print advertisements and written publications.  

The Physician Liaisons meet with physicians throughout Kentucky and educate them about the services UK HealthCare has to offer and how we can meet their patients’ needs and improve their quality of life and overall medical experience. 

The Service Line Marketing Managers collaborate directly with physicians and administrators to communicate with and fulfill the needs of the many services UK HealthCare has to offer.  

Market Research works to actively understand the awareness and perceptions of the UK HealthCare brand by conducting focus groups, administering surveys and monitoring the effectiveness of our communication.
