What is a psychometrist?
A psychometrist is trained in administering and scoring tests and instruments that examine thinking abilities. UK psychometrists hold a masters degree and are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Our psychometrists work under the supervision of a neuropsychologist. Psychometrists are responsible for guiding patients through examinations. In order to ensure accurate results, psychometrists will encourage a patient to perform to the best of his/her abilities on all tests.
Be assured that UK psychometrists will work to ensure your comfort while you are at the Kentucky Neuroscience Institute.
