Take US 27 (Lexington Road) to Lexington.

Follow US 27/Lexington for about 9 miles from Bypass 27A. When you enter Fayette County, the name changes to Nicholasville Road. You will cross Man o' War Blvd., pass Fayette Mall, and cross over New Circle Road (KY 4) and Southland Drive.

When you cross Waller/Cooper Drive, Nicholasville Road changes to South Limestone. Signs for UK Medical Center will be on the right.

Continue on South Limestone, passing the Kentucky Clinic on your right. Turn right onto Huguelet Drive.
Turn right onto Rose Street at the traffic light. Turn left onto Hospital Drive.
Go straight to the parking booth where a security guard will direct you to patient parking. Visitors should park in the hospital parking structure.
