- Take US 27 (Lexington Road) to Lexington.
- Follow US 27/Lexington for about 9 miles from Bypass 27A. When you enter Fayette County, the name changes to Nicholasville Road. You will cross Man o' War Blvd., pass Fayette Mall, and cross over New Circle Road (KY 4) and Southland Drive.
- When you cross Waller/Cooper Drive, Nicholasville Road changes to South Limestone.
- Continue on South Limestone, crossing Euclid Avenue.
- Just before Maxwell Street, turn right into the Good Samaritan entrance to the Parking Garage
