The physicians and staff of Polk-Dalton Clinic provide both routine and urgent care. Located downtown, the Polk-Dalton Clinic serves as a primary care clinic for Lexington's north side. Convenient, free parking is available. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment by calling (859) 257-8801, or by calling the UK Health Connection at (859) 257-1000.
