Cancel an appointment at UK HealthCare

To cancel an appointment call 859-257-1000 or toll free 1-800-333-8874 or send us an e-mail. Please provide the following information:

your name or name of the patient
birthdate
date of the appointment
name of clinic or physician
your phone number, if you would like another appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours Monday - Friday to help you set up your new appointment.

Thank you for letting us know you must cancel. Another patient can use your appointment time.

If you like, you may request a new appointment by calling 859-257-1000 or toll free 1-800-333-8874 or use our appointment request form.
