Compliance Reporting Changes for 2007

EMPLOYEE HEALTH HAS MOVED! The new University Health Service building is located at 830 South Limestone, directly south of the Kentucky Clinic and in front of the Wethington Building. The new facility will house Primary Care, Gynecology, Behavioral Health Clinic, Employee Health and Health Education programs. Our phone number will be the same.

The Employee Health program is located on the first floor in the UHS Nursing Clinic.

The University Health Service Employee Health Program provides screening tests and immunizations required for employment. Hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday. TB skin tests are not given on Thursday.  No appointment is needed.  Employees must bring their Medical Center ID badge in order to be seen.  Employees will receive documentation for services received through Employee Health, which should be returned to supervisors.
