Patients may be referred to the Genetics Disorders Clinic for genetic evaluation and counseling of children and adults with mental retardation or developmental delay, congenital anomalies, chromosome and other genetic neurodisorders such as muscular dystrophy, Huntington’s disease and ataxias. Teratogen counseling for anti-convulsive therapy is also available.
