Don and Cathy Jacobs Health Education Center

For most people, health care can be confusing and complex, especially during times of crisis. That's why the new Don and Cathy Jacobs Health Education Center is essential in the hospital. Its prime location on the mezzanine level just off the bridge linking the hospital to the parking garage will make it easy for visitors to stop by and research their medical questions.

The Health Education Center will also serve as a gallery for a Kentucky folk art collection curated by the Kentucky Folk Art Center. This collection will capture the richness of Kentucky's cultural heritage.

We have many educational videos and models to help our patients and their loved ones learn more about their health. There is a private room inside the library for viewing and discussing videos. Health models are on display throughout the library to help children and adults better understand their bodies and what they can do to stay healthy.
